This service includes the recording of all source documents (i.e. invoices, bank statements etc.) on Sage Pastel Accounting. If appropriate to the client’s needs, the records will also contain debtors, creditors and inventory ledgers so that a general ledger and trial balance can be produced. From this information, we prepare monthly management accounts and annual financial statements. Detailed monthly management accounts are emailed to the client, together with our comments and suggestions on how to improve their business operations.

All payroll related services are performed through our subsidiary company KFS Payroll Solutions (Pty) Ltd. KFS is an appointed Sage Pastel Payroll partner for KwaZulu Natal and can either act as the payroll office for the client or supply (and support) the Sage Pastel Payroll software packages currently on sale.

Our services include:
    • Weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls.
    • The submission of EMP 201 and EMP 501 returns to SARS.
    • The submission of UIF declarations and Workmen's Compensation returns.
    • Registration of employees’ tax with SARS, UIF and Workmen’s Compensation.

We also offer salary structuring services to ensure maximum tax savings for both individuals and companies.

All payroll related and accounting software services and sales are performed through the subsidiary company called KFS – Payroll Solutions (Pty) Ltd.




KFS has a company secretarial division where registration of new legal entities such as Trusts and Proprietary Limited companies can be attended to. This includes amendments required to existing Close Corporations, Trusts and Companies.


Clinton van Rooyen is a qualified Professional Accountant (SA) thereby enabling him to act as accounting officer and Commissioner of Oaths to Close Corporations, Companies, Sole Proprietors, Body Corporates, Trusts, Clubs and Associations. KFS can therefore prepare and sign off annual financial statements, perform independent reviews and compile the AFS of companies in terms of the New Companies Act of 2008.


Currently employing five staff, KFS has the capacity to grow and it is the members’ intention to expand its client base, increasing staff members as required. The long term goal is to establish a professional group of companies with an impeccable reputation that is an asset to the South African business community.
